Curry yogurt chicken#

Ingredients#
- 4 chicken thighs
- 25cl plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoon avocado oil (extra-virgin olive oil works too)
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 1/3cup chopped fresh coriander
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp tumeric (if you don’t have you could sub curry)
Instructions#
- Put everything except chicken in a large bowl and whisk well to combine
- Score chicken so marinade gets in easier
- Pour in zip lock bag with meat and leave in fridge to marinade 2+ hours.
- Cook till done.
