Curry yogurt chicken#

Ingredients#

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 25cl plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon avocado oil (extra-virgin olive oil works too)
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1/3cup chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp tumeric (if you don’t have you could sub curry)

Instructions#

  1. Put everything except chicken in a large bowl and whisk well to combine
  2. Score chicken so marinade gets in easier
  3. Pour in zip lock bag with meat and leave in fridge to marinade 2+ hours.
  4. Cook till done.
